Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 18, 2026
By accessing this online portal, registering an account, or employing any service provided by Our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please terminate your access to our portal immediately.
1. Account Eligibility & KYC
To hold a checking or savings wallet:
- You must be at least 18 years of age and hold the legal capacity to enter binding contracts.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.
- You must complete our mandatory KYC identification verification. Our Platform reserves the right to freeze accounts that fail audits or exhibit fraudulent documents.
2. Transaction Authorizations
All transfer orders, domestic wires, card operations, or investment purchases require confirmation:
- Secure PIN: You must enter your 4-digit transaction PIN to validate financial operations.
- Active Codes: If local or international transfers require active codes (as configured in the System Settings), you must verify the code before transactions execute.
- Irreversibility: Once validated with PIN/active codes, transaction orders are ledger-committed and cannot be reversed.
3. Cards & Limits Policies
Cardholders may create virtual debit cards or apply for physical cards. You are solely responsible for setting appropriate daily limits and freezing cards if they are compromised. Our Platform is not liable for unauthorized spending resulting from client-end PIN disclosures.
4. High-Yield Investment Accounts
By subscribing to our interest-bearing packages, you acknowledge that capital lockups exist. Early terminations are subject to a standard 3% contract cancellation fee, and all future interest yields will be voided.
5. Prohibited Actions & Exploits
Clients may not utilize our platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, currency manipulation, or attempting to exploit double-spend loopholes. Any suspicious activity will lead to immediate account termination, wallet locks, and reference to law enforcement.
